It only takes about 1-2 minutes for 4 of these in a small box to inactivate all single-stranded RNA viruses (such as coronavirus). These put off ozone, so keep that in mind. For my usage, the ozone is basically confined to the box though so I do not care. To make it, I got a large box, lined the inside with aluminum foil (shiny side out). I hot glued the lights to the top. I will add a timer. All in all, these were a great value considering the scarcity of these right now (April 30, 2020) ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cheap and simple uvc light unit. *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on April 11, 2020* The unit works good. The power unit is pretty cheaply made. I used this unit to add uvc lighting to my air filter so I ended up taking this guy apart to wire it in. The wires, circuit and soldering is quite cheap. Considering it's price, to buy all the needed components to complete my addition would have cost 3x the price so this was well worth its cost. Overall it's a good cheap option to add uvc to any application. Caution UVC light is hazardous to your health so please avoid direct exposure. This should not be used as any type of lighting effect. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ True UVC lamp *by N***L on Reviewed in the United States on November 4, 2020* Tested using a UVC test card. Its a real UVC.Can't tell if its 13W. Appears the same as my 7W.
