VARIO Deluxe Watch Travel Shock Case Black with Grey Zipper

The media could not be loaded.  I bought this case so that I'd be able to take an extra watch with me when traveling. I like having the ability to change up from dress to sport when on trips, and I figured this would work well in lieu of a leather watch roll. I am not a huge fan of rolls because the only thing between the bracelet and the back of the watch is usually a thin piece of leather or cloth, and also some strap types do not play well with the way a roll requires you to insert the watch.Enter this zipper case! It's got a semi-hard shell that's concave to keep the shape of the bracelet/strap on the watch and to stop it from banging against the back of the watch. This works quite well, and there is even a foam insert if you have a smaller watch you'd like to carry. There is a small pocket inside the case which should allow you to carry another small item (short charging cable, earphones, etc) but I would be hard-pressed to put anything in there with a nice watch present. That's just my personal preference though.Overall I'd say if you want a sturdy and safe way to travel with your extra watch, this serves that purposed quite well!

I traveled by air frequently, and there were times that I almost forgot my watch after taking it off at security checkpoint(shocking...). Through a fellow passenger, I found this product from Vario. It is small enough to fit in a carryon without taking out much space, and the donut shape is actually a much harder shell than it looks. On top of that, I noticed it is also water-resistant (not waterproof) as I found out accidentally by spilling some water on it. I did wipe it off pretty quickly so I don't know whether the water will be absorbed overtime. I have big thumbs, so the large/long zipper pull is a nice feature to have. The red zipper and grey body is a nice touch.I did break two luggage and one laptop backpack in the last three years during travel. This might have a chance to last longer than that.

5 StarsThis Vario Deluxe Watch Travel case is beautiful. compact and protective. It has a hard shell case to protect agaimst external force and the watch sits on the soft sponge inside the case. The watch case can be easily zip open and close. The case can be open wide, the watch can easily place in and take out from the case. Awesome case. I like the added little cargo net inside to store extra straps, spring bars, or maybe just some headphones I wanted to take a long. These “donut” style holders are really good for bracelet watches as it keeps them very secure, preventing the bracelet from scratching itself or the watch. Fits all the watches I have from my smallest at 32mm to largest at 42mm. Great case, so good got two.

This compact watch case is well made and sturdy enough to protect your watch. Solid nylon zipper works smoothly and hard case will keep watch safe from most impacts.

Very generic. If you want to keep a treasured piece safe, look elsewhere.

Bought a couple of these during the Kickstarter campaign. VERY good quality! They are slightly larger, but no too much, so they will fit 40+mm watches well. The stretchy net on the lid is a good place to store miscellaneous items too. The contrast stitching around the zipper really gives these a nice look. Give them a shot - you wont be disappointed.
