I barely used it and the chain has already snapped off making the bag only useful as a clutch. Of course it breaks three days after the return window closes! 😤The bag is cute but doesn't retain it's shape, I purchased the smaller crossbody clutch and expected it to have some rigidity but it's just cheap cloth under the reflective tiles which means the moment you put anything in it the nice crisp shape goes away and you have a very lumpy looking bag. The tiles are also not as reflective as they seemed in the photos, they are mostly a darkish purple unless the light hits them just right and they have a dull multicolor look for a half second. They also show fingerprints really easily. I'm not entirely happy with the purchase but I haven't decided whether I am returning it yet.
