Is it really 10 oz or 7-8 oz ?** A: my merquen is about 2 years old from amazon. it is in a square bottle, and it is 10.5 oz. the label looks the same as in this picture. **Q: Is this a 10 oz or 7 oz jar? Previous orders of the food service jar were 10 oz. My most recent order (1/21/18) was only 7 oz. But same price** A: We work directly with the Etnia, and they have informed us that the 10 oz size food service jar has been discontinued. It is now being replaced with an 8 oz version. The one you have is part of a batch in which the label says 7 oz but is actually really 8 oz. We apologize for any confusion on behalf of the manufacturer. **Q: Gluten free?** A: It’s just spice no wheat. I’ve used this for years, I think it’s the best Merquen on the market.
