This makes you will make you hungry, extremely fertile, give energy, great sleep, use it after workout and you won’t have sore muscles. Benefits outweighs the taste. This will also make you gassy when you first start but after everything will balance. Best used during the day. I started off with 1tsp a day for a week. Then I went up to 1tbsp a day and stuck to that. As for the P65 warning on the back of the packaging. It is required BY LAW for every company to add the P65 warning on packaging when being sold in CA. As a company, you won’t be able to sell anything to the state of CA if the warning isn’t there. From clothing to food to skincare. This is a natural root that grows in the mountains of Peru. I am not worried about the P65 warning as it’s on everything.

Great product ! Gave me energy and balanced my hormones, started to work after 3 weeks, so be consistent. It gave me funny dreams like I was watching Pixar movies and I googled it and dreaming is one of the sides effects of Maca haha I drink with warm water in the morning, just wish they had bigger bags.
