However, it is really sturdy. I have had two that have lasted 2 years before the batteries went bad, but I replaced them and it still works very well. The solar panel gets cloudy, so just take some alcohol and clean it. It is very sensitive and fairly good range which helps to keep the deer at bay. ### ⭐ Overly Sensitive *by S***A on Reviewed in the United States on August 1, 2021* I have a friend who has an older version of this product and it seems to work great. When I got mine the "Motion sensor" seemed to be broken since it was going off continuously rather than when something was moving in front of it. I messaged the seller and they said they had changed the sensitivity of the sensor and that it couldn't be changed.
