A: If you are a tiny person with amazing balance I don't see why not.  Please send youtube links of yourself trying.

**Q: Does it roll easily on carpet?**
A: It does! I use mine on mild pile carpet. You will however not get a full contracting on your core, because some of the energy that would be applied to your core from hard wood foor, is being cushioned in the carpet.
