Clocks with white displays light up the whole room at night and disturb sleep. This clock has 2 brightness settings but is easy to see at night even on the dimmer setting. It's small, so doesn't take up a lot of room on the night table and it's easy to use. Some other reviewers thought that the radio had poor sound but I found the sound to be at least average or better for a clock radio.
