Compatible with Dana 35 and Dana 44 rear axles (with slip yoke eliminator), it eliminates driveline vibration and enhances drivetrain longevity, backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

## Description

This double cardan style CV drive shaft is recommended for Jeep TJ Wrangler models equipped with 4" - 6" suspension lifts to prevent driveline vibration and the rear output shaft from breaking. After lifting your Jeep TJ Wrangler a CV (Double Cardan) drive shaft is a good choice to eliminate vibration issues and provide the longest lasting drive shaft. Shaft strength is twice as strong as the factory equipped drive shaft (running length 16.5"). Includes Brute Force Red seals and better quality CV joints. Note: Fits Dana 35 rear axle models with automatic or manual transmission and Dana 44 rear axle models with automatic transmission. A Slip Yoke Eliminator is REQUIRED. Recommended on models with 4in - 6in of lift. Does NOT fit Rubicon or Unlimited models. Does NOT fit 1997-2002 models with 4cyl engine and 3-speed auto transmission or 2005-2006 models with 2.4L 4cyl engine and 6-speed manual transmission.

Review: great quality product - This driveshaft is just like me. Short and stout. I liked the heavy duty quality versus the oem product. Obviously, since this is a CV driveshaft meant to correct acute angle issues with connection to the trans case yoke, it's going to be a heavier duty mod, but it's exactly what you'd hope to get in a product like this. I loved that they came with new univ jnts as well. saved some cash there on the already reasonable price. This is your huckleberry if you're in a "drive shaft bind".

A: I have an 01 tj with 4 inch RC and at first I thought the driveshaft was a little short. But I had to pull it all the way apart. I had to yank on it a little bit.You should be able to see some Blue coated splines on the shaft when it's out far enough. If you still can't get it call rough country, the're Awesome to deal with! Good luck
