I've been buying burt's bees pjs for a couple of years now and really like them, but these just aren't as soft and comfy as others I've gotten in the past. Also, and the main reason why I'm deducting a couple of stars, is that I've never smelled such a strong chemical smell from anything organic cotton I've ever bought, including burt's bees pjs. In the words of my husband: "these smell like new shoes." And they do! There's a weird chemical-rubber smell that is really strong, which is not something I've experienced from this brand before. I get several sets of them for him in each size as he grows and have been doing so since he was about 6 months old (he is now 2). They wash so well, wear super well, are soft and super comfy. By far the best PJs for little ones on the market, and we have tried a lot of brands. They are designed to be a snug fit, which is safer for babies and toddlers at night, so don’t be alarmed if they seem like a slim fit or a bit on the smaller side than you might be accustomed to when you put them on your little one. They are intended to fit that way. I tumble dry them on low so they stay in optimum condition, and I will definitely be able to use the ones my son has outgrown on my next baby as they are still in great shape.
