It is well made, with the heft of actual stainless steel rather than plastic coated to look like metal. The double butterfly clasp is secure. Clasp holds tight but I could see it opening if you wear it tight as your wrist will likely bump the clasp. I wear it to work in a office / field work environment. Seems to be holding up well.
