They arrived on time, which I can appreciate.The balloons were packaged well.The problem was the balloons just weren't durable. I am not sure if this is because they were old or poorly made. I aired the balloons with a pump and at first I thought maybe I was adding too much air, but this wasn't the case because even at half the recommended size, they just popped, no one was around and no one was touching them.I think 3, maybe 4 balloons out of the entire package made it to the party. They all popped either while trying to air it up, after airing up, or while being transported. I do believe the balloons were old, so that contributed a lot. when trying to air them, they weren't stretchy but lacked elasticity (if that makes sense).This was the day of the party and I couldn't send them back. I pushed through and I tried airing them, so I did not request a refund.The clean up of the popped balloons were a mess in itself because some balloons had confetti inside. These balloons got confetti everywhere!!! In the car, on the floor of the party, at home.
