The belt is a good fit, lightweight and has enough compartments to carry what I need on my runs. As noted however this is my third one. I use it 3 times a week (about 22 miles) to carry my house key, cell phone and a gelpak or 2. The internal compartment lining over time kinda falls apart/shreds making getting things in and out cumbersome. The elastic band also stretches and the adjustment buckles lose their grip and won't hold their position so the belt gets loose. I end up using safety pins to keep it tight.
