I take a size 7 and ordered the same. Great fit. BUT I had this on 2nd May 2019. It is now the 2nd June 2019 and they are going into the bin. I wore these trainers 5 days a week and found the sole of the trainer wore through so quickly. The bottom became wafer thin around the ball of the foot area. This soon let any wet ground keeply seep through. Great product, p**s poor manufacturing. ### ⭐ Don't buy them! *by U***S on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 31 January 2021* Look, if you go for walks here and there, or want to wear then for day to day use, then fine. I don't have Amazon Prime, nor do I want it. The only trainers that offered a speedy delivery as non Prime customer were these. You can pay a silly amount of money to get the items before March. I am a runner and a dancer. I don't know what I was thinking, but we are on a lockdown. The trainers look good, but, as for doing sport: they have no support for your feet, flimsy, the soles are very thin. With those issues, I could have danced, but the main issue is: zero grip. I am in a move and these trainers slip!! Terrible! I wasted my money, but it's my fault. I'm sure that most people who think they are 'sporty' can use then without any problems i.e - going to the shop to get snacks. If you need these trainers for sport: forget about it. They came quickly and I thank you, but they do not cut the mustard. ### ⭐ only on flat surface *by U***A on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 30 December 2019* used this sneakers once for a day walking round a beach... when walked on completely flat surface was ok but when you walk on any rocks you really feel it. After a about midday my feet were in so much pain that I could barely walk. I'm fir 38 year old so my fitness level wasn't an issue. The problem is that the base is a cheap foam that doesn't hardly gives any protection for uneven surface like pebbles or rocks. I know that for the price I can't expect nowhere close to hiking boots quality but I was expecting a better performance. The bottom cracked after that 1 full day of full day use!!! I have used them first time a few days before at home for a HIIT training and the disappoint as gym shoes too.
