The grip was wearing off, the company logo was faded, and there was a HUGE crack from one side to the other - one that I noticed when I put my full weight (200lbs) on it because I heard it crack further. I immediately emailed them to tell them of my situation. Thankfully they were apologetic and sent me out a new one. Unfortunately I had to pay the shipping again; not cool. The new one looks like night and day compared to the old one.I've attached photos to show the difference in the two. The photo of the crack is harder to see, but trust me it's there.
