Review: Super important for rainy wedding day photos - I'm a wedding photographer and I ordered a set of these (the clear set) based off of another photographer's recommendation. I've only had to use them at 1 rainy wedding, so I can't fully rate them on their durability, but they seem solid and will hold up well. They are very reasonably priced, so even if they do break over time, it's not a big deal to order a few more... but again I don't really think that will be an issue. They're spring loaded too, so when you push the release button, they instantly pop open for quick access. What makes them great for photography is that the clear umbrellas still allow plenty of light on each person holding the umbrella which significantly improves the photo as opposed to a solid color umbrella. They are also wider which can allow for bridal party members to share one or the bride and groom to share one, as opposed to the more "dome" shaped clear umbrellas out there. Those are cute, but not super practical when photographing a whole bridal party. Overall, highly recommend for anyone that wants to be extra prepared on their wedding day... or these are a MUST if you're a wedding photographer. You'll be happy you have them for a rainy wedding and more importantly your client will LOVE you for coming prepared.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: What material are the white ones made of?**
A: I don't know about the white ones but the clear umbrellas were made out of see through plastic with white handles, and were well made and looked nice.

**Q: Would these also provide adequate sun blocking for an outside ceremony, on a hot sunny day?**
A: I don't think so.  The ones we got were clear plastic - it seems like the sun would just beam down through them and maybe even magnify the sun onto the person.  There was another type that was pure white made out of regular umbrella fabric....those would probably work.   The size was definitely able to be used by two people.  So if your seats were close together, two people could block most of the sun with the ALL WHITE ones vs. the ones we got, which again, were clear.

**Q: What is the diameter of the shaft?**
A: I honestly can’t remember. They were good for a couple uses. Not a really sturdy long use umbrella but fine for the wedding

**Q: Is the canopy clear or merely "see through"?**
A: Clear!!!!

I'm a wedding photographer and I ordered a set of these (the clear set) based off of another photographer's recommendation. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for a wedding

I ordered 2 dozen of Liberty white umbrellas for my daughters wedding as that day was expected to be clear and 94 degrees out in the mountains. Everyone was so happy to use them to keep from getting sunburned. Not one umbrella failed. They all did their job. The umbrellas are not the quality for daily use but perfect for our day. After the wedding a few of the ladies were going to take them home and paint them for decorative use.
