He was wanting one for some time. However, that excitement soon became frustration and sadness. This product is horrible. It is near impossible to get your hair into it, you really have to force it in and use your other hand. All this effort to get even the smallest amount of results. There are far better products out there I'm sure, I'm looking into getting another one that actually has teeth and not curved slippery humps. So disappointed, very difficult to get any hair into the actual heating area, and limited results... One star, don't buy this... Boo...
