With Moroccan/Argan oils you look for the dark bottles to protect the oil from light - to preserve the oil, and this arrived exactly as described and expected so all good. However, unlike other oils I have used this is greasy in comparison. Also I don't get the nutty smell some mention but in all honesty a manure smell!I worked with customer service to explain my experience, and credit where credit is due - I cannot fault them. They explained in great detail about the authenticity of this product, the smells etc and offered either a replacement or a refund despite a couple of months having passed since I bought this. I opted for the refund as I have since purchased another product which they actioned immediately.Maybe I got a bad one, maybe my senses are different to others, who knows - but the customer service was great so I have revised my rating to 5 stars as although this hasn't worked out for me, they honored the refund without issue. ### ⭐⭐ Two orders were completely different *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 16 July 2020* The first bottle of this oil I purchased back in May (darker coloured oil in the picture) was actually really good and it came with a handy pipette on the lid. It was very thick and silky, and made my hair feel soft and smooth so I was excited to buy another bottle of oil. Sadly the one I received today was very runny (and came with a spray lid and no pipette) and was a completely different colour. The one I received today had almost no smell whereas the first one smelt somewhat like a farm (but I didn't mind that). I'm really disappointed and will be returning the second bottle.
