This helps me to breathe better. *by D***H on December 15, 2015* This does indeed clean out your sinuses better than I imagined it would. Thanks to the reviews here, I got this plastic neti pot as I didn't want to put a cold porcelain pot on my nose, nor worry about breaking it by dropping it. As as first time neti pot user I was afraid I was gonna drown or at least get a headache or some thing, but done properly this thing works.When I took it out of the package the spout end looked huge, and I thought that would make it hard to get the water in my nostril. The exact opposite is the case. It works just fine. I used it with the water temperature slightly warm. I of course first boiled it, added 1/4 teaspoon salt, and let it cool.When the water came out of my other nostril, I was surprised because I was not choking or feeling strange or anything, it just started to pour out.I was surprised at how much water it holds, and it took a couple times to get all the water through my sinuses.BTW- As a sufferer of mild asthma, this would have helped me for many years had I known about it sooner. If you are reading this review, get one and try it, especially if you suffer from any respiratory aggravation.My only con for this product is that it came like a week late, but that is likely due to the Christmas time shipping traffic. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice pot and easy to use. *by F***N on March 10, 2017* Used my first neti pot from a seller my pulmonologist recommended for several years, without problems or leaks, until I accidentally tossed the lid out. Since I find those packets for the solution work very well for me, I got a replacement pot. Was harder to see the water level due to a color change, and after a few uses, found it dripped and leaked. A second pot, purchased a few months later leaked annoyingly. I finally lost patience, due to decreased physical abilities following a bad injury, and decreased tolerance for annoyances. So I searched around for neti pots for a while, reading people's comments and trying to decide what my criteria were. Finally, I decided against glass (too much danger I would drop it during use due to my awkwardness), and stainless steel (really wanted this but would not be able to use the microwave and the cost I felt was too much for my budget since I was not back at work.) More looking at reviews, and eventually I picked this plastic pot. I have been pleased with it. Very happy that there are no leaks, drips only when I tip it too far. Easy to fill, easy to mix a packet into the water. Easy to hold and fairly easy for me to use in spite of difficulties with lifting it in the proper positions with my left shoulder and arm. Cleans up and drains to dry easily. I really like how the lid screws onto the pot and the little air holes in the lid. Only problem I have with it is that the spout get VERY hot from the microwave, too hot to place against my skin. So I put my finger over the opening in the spout and run cold water over it for a few seconds. Problem solved. I expect to get several years out of this netiquette pot, so it is economical. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Yeti Pot - Neti Pot *by W***E on July 25, 2016* This "Yeti Pot" brand neti pot is very small. To be honest, I was expecting it to be twice as big. It holds aproximately 1 cup or 240 ml. After using it I am pleasantly surprised and the small size makes it very easy to use. The screw on lid keeps water from leaking out and the rounded spout fits the nostril perfectly. Although it has a small capacity, it is simple to refill. I find that 1 pot full for each nostril works well. It is made of sturdy plastic and is easy to rinse and keep clean.
