Review: Great drum smoker - I was skeptical about this smoker. But it's easy to light, easy to adjust temperature. I was amazed at how it holds the temperature line within 3 to 5 degrees. The only thing I did was when I was putting it together I used high temp silicon to seal the to main pieces and seal the chimney and all bolt holes with the silicon..zero smoke leaks..(I'm a retired Executive Chef). I'm going to buy another one.
Review: Good as gold - Best thing since sliced bread. I absolutely love it. Once you learn how to manage the heat it’s basically a set it and forget it operation. Well made and super user friendly. I would only suggest using a heat resistant sealant when putting together where the screws go as some have mentioned grease build up can cause leaks. We have not had any issues what so ever and highly recommended this smoker.

**Q: How many gallons is this bronco pro drum? i am looking for a 55 gallon drum and can't decide between this or the hunsaker vortex drum.**
A: i would buy this and buy the hunsaker vortex ... save you like three hundred bucks.  I have bought the hunsaker vortex for my other drums and wsms....

**Q: Will a 22.5 cooking crate fit in the pro?**
A: The cooking grate in this Bronco Pro Drum Smoker has a 21.5" diameter. A cooking grate larger than this would be too big.

**Q: Is there a computer blower compatible with this smoker?**
A: This smoker is so precise and stable you won’t need one... i have used this smoker already for brisket, chicken, and ribs.  I literally left my brisket at 300 degrees for three hours and came back and the temp was like 298.

I was skeptical about this smoker. But it's easy to light, easy to adjust temperature. I was amazed at how it holds the temperature line within 3 to 5 degrees. Best thing since sliced bread. I absolutely love it. Once you learn how to manage the heat it’s basically a set it and forget it operation. Well made and super user friendly. My husband loves these smokers. He bought the smaller one from Lowe's and ordered the larger on Amazon. Very good quality. Due to good seals, your able to control airflow very well. We actually bought more hooks b/c we found that we could hang much more than the 9 hooks provided. We took it to a cooking competition and won 1st place.
