So that product claim is completely false. The machine itself is great. Pretty easy to use and gives perfect coffee. The instruction manual is quite detailed. And you can find videos on YouTube that help. It’s been a year for me and I’m quite satisfied with it. One thing that’d make it better is if there was an opening at the top to refill the water. You’ve to take the whole contraption apart to fill water.
