Also, the bag is very thin. If you dog is actually goingto drag himself on anything other than carpet, it shreds quickly and doesn't really provide muchprotection. I have a female dachshund weighing 14 pounds and had to buy a medium after trying out the small. Even buying the medium we cant get the zipper to stay closed, it really needs a clasp or a button to reinforce that area. Also, it says machine washable but dont put it in your washing machine.
