I ordered X-small on my therapists advice. But I called the seller and he helped me a lot to solve the issue. He sent me for free to more pieces that attach to the rest of the sling. I am very grateful for that. The medium one did just right. I am returning him the other two. The sling helps the most when you are standing, so that the shoulders muscles stay in place. Once you have the right fit, it does well.
