I loved the first three that I ate immediately one after another upon opening the box haha! I was looking for a nut-free, gluten-free vegan bar and I landed on this one. Very happy the S'mores tastes amazing!!! Not super filling obviously... I ate three. They are settling well in my stomach. They are easy to chew. I was a little afraid the ingredients would crush my teeth but it was fine :) The taste is really good. I've been vegan for 30 years and have to say this is one of the best nutrition vegan bars I've tasted. I immediately popped open my amazon account and bought one box of each flavor. I hope they are good too!!! ok... update... (It's does not have the lowest carb count but must also not be high G.I. because it does not bother my blood sugar count. I am also allergic to peanuts. It is so incredibly difficult to get a breakfast or snack bar that does not have or has not been contaminated with peanuts. I also have a bad reaction to most of the sugar substitutes.)
