They do work. They are not uncomfortable, but then I wouldn’t say they are comfortable either. They are a smooth fabric but when you take them off they leave ridges. I don’t mind having them on, but I’m glad to take them off. I wear them for work and have them on about eight hours at a time. They really help with bumping into things. At work we use these little plastic signs for pricing. The corner edges are sharp. They don’t protect against punctures. If I scrape along the edges it’s ok. But the direct hit on the edge and it’s band aid time. So overall I’m happy with them and will buy more when these wear out. They are holding up really well.
