It's nice and comfy especially compare to other kydex mag holsters I've carried for IWB.That being said; I really wish it had a retention feature whether it be a Velcro strap, button, etc.The situation:So here I was on black Friday shopping at Best buy, looking at an item I considered purchasing I pulled up my sweater to access my cellphone that was in my pocket. I was carrying the mag holster (with an FNS 9c 17 round mag inserted) Appendix, with my firearm towards my back. I pulled up my sweater and before I could reach into my pocket for my cellphone, boom! The mag literally fell right out of the carrier, and onto the floor.Thankfully there was only one other person and my buddy in the aisle, however the teenage kid that witnessed it turned 4 shades of red, I work with a PD and explained to him that there was no worry, however. It's not everyday that people go around dropping mags in Best buy.Due to the situation above I'd give it a 2 star rating for the security of the magazine, maybe it would've held better if it was summer time. However since this occurred, I will no longer carry it with me. 3-stars because of its comfort. If they come out with one that has better retention, or another retention feature. Looks study, fiits my S&W M&P 9mm compact masculine magazine really well. The height is perfect but it had quite of bit of wiggle room but considering it's not a hard holder with tension screws it fits pretty good, and I noticed when your are actually wearing it, it's probably not going anywhere unless you doing cartwheels.
