The quality of care given to the animals make this a guilt-free product that I'm delighted to use for my family.In terms of taste, I find it exceptional which is probably due to the quality feed and medicinal herbs that the cows are fed. This ghee has made for so many delicious Moong dal halwas, Dal Tadkas, Kesari Baths, Dosas etc. (my mouth is watering as I type this review). Just half a teaspoon of this mixed into your plate transforms an everyday meal in to something sublime. As we use this with moderate consumption in our house, it has lasted for more than 2 months so while its not exactly cheap, its not breaking the bank either and is good value.I'm willing to pay for this as it ensures the cows are not left on the streets or sent to a slaughterhouse but instead are given the care that they deserve after spending their life in our service.
