It's a bit rough against the skin so I am wearing camis under it. It does bunch up while wearing but it takes a few hours. Sizing is accurate. I got a few different binders to try. I like this one better than the panel binders. They bunch and roll almost immediately. After reading other reviews I was expecting it to be a heavy material but it is not.
