I am finding the clasp incredibly difficult to hook without asking someone to do it for me. This is limiting how often I wear it in the case I don't have someone around to hook it for me.2. The surface is polished and shiny stainless steel. Any knick or scratch shows up readily from bumping it against something sharp or if it accidentally lays face down on a harsh surface. I suspect it will look pretty beaten up over time.--------I purchased the woman's version for $10.88. I knew 20cm would be too big so after I placed my order I communicated with the seller and asked them to make it 7 inches (17.78 cm). The response was prompt and the bracelet I received was exactly 7inches. The extra links were included in the box (just in case, I guess). The engraving is as I expected (picture included). For the price, this is what I wanted and expected so I'm pleased. Also I'm very happy that they helped customize the size so readily. Funny enough it was still too big, but with some maneuvering, I am able to hook it to a link further up the bracelet and that works - look at picture (just not super easy to clasp by myself). If you are looking for a simple id bracelet, this works and a decent value. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Good customer service. Subpar quality. *by A*** on December 28, 2018* Well this is my 3rd time trying to write this review so please stand by for the lengthy explanation. I got this about 4-5 months ago. But I ordered 2 and got 1. I waited over a month thinking the other one would show but it did not. I contacted the seller and almost a day later I got an email saying that I’d be getting a new one. When it came it came faster than the first did. Also would like to state that I’ve had mine since about July and it’s very badly scratched and bc the bracelet it’s hard to read the words. Though legible still hard to see. I would include photos but no picture will absolutely so what it looks like in person. Plus side.... chain length than be changed to a very large length..... customer service is good. Negative side.... extra chain gets in the way some times..... scratches easily..... may only get 1 when ordering 2. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BRACELET!
