The app is very user friendly. I really enjoy the recording and speaking feature in the app. My dog got confused whenever called him via the camera when he was playing in the backyard lol.The video quality is very good for both day and night. Definitely very cost effective product. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value, easy to install *by C***Y on Reviewed in the United States on November 3, 2019* The media could not be loaded.  The camera was easy to setup & install. They provide step by step instructions to connect to your WiFi and to get the mobile app up and running.They offer a cloud storage service, but i opted to install a 32g micro sd card directly in the camera for internal storage. There are options to record non stop, or events only. Also has a schedule option to record. When recording non stop it is using around 1.2gb per day. That would be about 25 days of 24-7 footage. I changed it to event recording and guessing that will be 2 months or more.I gave 4 of 5 stars due to the motion sensing, at its lowest setting, picks up everything that moves. I had to disable the notifications to my phone due to it sending every minute or so. I guess if your location doesn't have much activity, that would be good.Overall it a good value for the price. ### ⭐ DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! *by B***O on Reviewed in the United States on December 4, 2019* These are terrible cameras. There's good, bad and ugly.First the good. I was able to get the wiring and plugs installed for the cameras. That's now all set. Picture quality is great!Now the bad. The delay was sooooo long between seeing a picture and the actual motion as to be absolutely useless to deter a criminal or talk to a delivery person. There is no way to turn off the mic while watching the camera that all I could here was a breeze blowing the whole time. Setup was painful. The instructions are some of the worst I've ever seen. A "quick start guide", a trouble shooting guide and a rate us 5-stars for a free gift card were all included in the box. There was no manual, nothing that told me how to install the SD card, nothing that told me how to use the app and the instruction for connecting to the Echo Show included more info about connecting the Show to Alexa than connecting the camera to Alexa and the Echo Show. The instructions though, OMG they were just all around terrible for everything! The instructions for connecting to wifi are nearly impossible to follow, if you can find them buried in the app (which by the way is cumbersome, end-user friendly and slow). The name off the Alexa skill isnt even in the picture in the instructions! It literally says "LOGO" in the picture of their logo, as in it's a generic place holder. If you're not paying attention, you wont even see the name of the Alexa skill. I can't stress this enough. These are the worst instructions you will ever try to read. The provided screws for mounting are 1) to small, 2) strip easily, 3) just plain worthless and 4) ARE FOR INTERIOR MOUNTING on a sheet rock wall (they included the plastic wall anchors for sheetrock for Pete's sake!) I ended up needing a 2 1/2" wood screw to mount these with. Not a fault of the device, but these are EXTERIOR cameras and should include screws for exterior use. Finally for the "bad" section, when I asked the Echo Show to show this supposedly Alexa Certified device. It couldn't find it and refused to even open the skill. This is after manually adding the cameras to Alexa because the skill can't or won't do it. Alexa was like "Starting skill ...................................." then she gave up. When they did come up by going around through the devices and manually opening them up, I had the problems with the delay. Amazon should DECERTIFY THESE DEVICES!!!!Finally, the ugly. The cameras are HUGE! They are blatantly obvious, which in and of itself might be a deterrent. But the size is ridiculous! Don't try and mount them close to your eves. You'll need at least 8-10 inches of space above the camera mounting bracket. The wires that come out of the camera cannot be moved from the downward side of the camera. I wanted the wires going up and into the eve to protect them from the environment and to prevent and intrude from disconnecting them. As it was, because of the delay problem, no one would see an intruder before the camera was disconnected from the power source.If I could have given these cameras ZERO stars, I would have. Terrible instructions, bad connections, picture and sound delay problems, bad mounting hardware. The list goes on.
