Can it be used for a dog house?** A: Peppermint essential oil is toxic to dogs and cats. Peppermint oil is also slightly toxic to people as it's strong enough to damage your stomach lining. There are very few essential oils safe to ingest and then only if you micro-dose and dilute with lots of water. Natural doesn't mean safe.
