I used it on chrome wheels. It not do any better than other wheel sprays I have used. It wasa toxic odor that I couldn't hardly tolerate. I would not use or purchase agin. **Q: Can this be used on matte black powder coated wheels?** A: I don't know if you can use it on your wheels but it did not work any better than Napa wheel cleaners. I still had to scrub and scrub just to get the chrome wheels presentable. It has a very harsh odor like ammonia. **Q: Is one bottle enough for all 4 tires? Would there be a any left over?** A: There will be some leftover. Maybe 1/4-1/3 of a bottle depending on how big the tires are..... This stuff works great!! **Q: can i used on my gloss black wheels?** A: It's not meant for that.
