Let me explain our experience.Withing few days of purchase we received the chair. It was easy to assemble with no need for any additional tools or any follow-ups (when received without defect). It is comfortable, quality is average, not very comfortable but also not bad.Concerns:Chair is adjustable so you can move it up and down. Problem is highest setting is also not high enough for someone who is 6 feet tall. My wife who is 5 feet is fine with it but for myself and son this is bit too low.One of the chairs had damaged bottom cushion. When asked to have it replaced, they were very responsive and replied in timely manner. Problem is they provided estimate of 2 months to replace the cushion and return label required us to pay for the postage. After some discussion they were ready to pay for return shipping but since box was open it was hard to pack it all up.We had an option of waiting for the damaged component which will take 2 months or try to pack this up in a different larger box.My advice, if you want to purchase this, be aware of quality and delivery in case of damage.
