These are great! This set comes with 4 bands and it's a great value than buying them individually. I like that these are extremely durable and comes in a complete set. You'll have everything you need for beginners to expert or to bring with you anywhere or everywhere. I've been using them and love the way I can now do the exercises without much strain. I also us them in a variety of movements such for my arms and legs. They can either add resistance or subtract it. The quality seems pretty good to last me a while.
