I find that there are some discrepancies when comparing using this and a regular measuring tape. With the regular measuring tape I measure a little more loosely than using the Myo tape but the Myo tape doesn't really measure it too tight. I've probably just measured it wrong this whole type. The difference is only less than a half an inch anyway so it's not too different. As long as you use only this for all your future measurements for consistency's sake, it's all good. Although I do have to say that this doesn't work for measuring bust since breasts are soft and easily squish able and when measuring those, you gotta measure loosely. Kinda the same deal with measuring hips if you got a really soft butt. Just put your finger in between to loosen it a bit to get an accurate reading if you find that is cute into you.
