I'm not sure what it would do for someone with a super flat behind. I'm 5'6 and weigh 134 I ordered a small, it's a squeeze to get into but fits great. These go right over my actual muffin top so no lines there which I love. If your thighs are on the bigger side or super soft the tightness might make a muffiny line... I have to make sure mine are pulled as low as they can to avoid that. the only thing I wish they would change is to smooth out the circular lines, if they were flat it would be perfect under tight thin dresses.
