A: It makes my bed feel like a plastic hospital bed. i feel static as well. There is noise, it doesnt make the bed seem more stiff.

A: It's just for the mattress and you can buy one for the boxsprings which is what I did ,really easy to put on and works great

A: No, the encasement does not make you hot.

**Q: is this see trough? ?**
A: My daughter has it on her dorm room mattress which was white as well.  It's not transparent. It is a white encasement.  When putting it on the mattress, I don't recall being able to see through it.  So far no complaints from my daughter.

Spiders, bees, and ants are good for the environment. Bedbugs and cockroaches are not. As a new Airbnb host, I want to ensure my rental stays free of 'bad bugs'. This brand is recommended by many pest control experts. It was easier than I expected to enclose the queen mattress by myself. The material is lightweight, and because the cover is not snug, it made it almost effortless to slip onto the mattress. The cover seems durable and the zipper zipped up easily. I was concerned about how noisy it would be to sleep on, given it is labeled waterproof and bug proof. It made a crinkly sound when I removed it from the packaging. But once I put it on the mattress, with a cloth mattress cover and fitted sheet over top, the crinkly sound disappeared. Overall, I am pleased with the product thus far.
