A: A good vacuum does the job as far as cleaning.  The carpet looks great on my floors but I did have to get carpet holders for the corners so when I vacuum it stays flat.

A: Pack it up, box it securely and contact Amazon for the return request.

**Q: on round rugs, does size listed indicate diameter?**
A: My round rug on the back only indicates feet and inches; however, back of mine also has rectangular dimensions and list feet and inches and centimeters. No diameter.
