America shield I have seen! It is made of very light metal and has leather straps secured to the back with snaps to hold. The straps can be removed. There is also a hook on the back for it to be hung. It is a perfect size (definitely not too small or toy-like), especially for my 7 year old, and is very authentic looking. It appears very well made (despite a couple of tiny cosmetic imperfections on the front, but those are not a deal breaker & do not compromise the design). It is quite a bargain and definitely worth the wait (we ordered it before Christmas and received it the first week of Jan, but that was clear in the description). My son loves it! His only complaint is that the straps on the back are slightly too big for his forearm, but he'll grow into them and he is still able to hold it well enough. ### ⭐ Arrived Damaged *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on July 13, 2020* Arrived damaged. Poorly made item that looks good from 25 ft away but as you get closer you see the flaws and poor workmanship. Paint overspray is visible and looks as if it was made at 4:59 on a Friday afternoon. / Took 4+ months to arrive and the return window closed within 5-6 days.
