Before my feet would slip all of the time and I’d never feel secure when stretching. These give great grip and allow me to move and hold lots of different stretches on the ball.The only downside is in between the toes, the socks move up your feet because the grip on the floor is so strong. This can put pressure in between the toes. Not enough to stop using them, but I wish this little bit was a better design.I didn’t think I’d like the little straps around the ankles but they actually do give some support and further hold for the socks.They were a bit weird to put on at first, like gloves for your feet! But they become a lot easier to put on after a few times! Little tip, you need to put your foot through the middle of the two crossing over straps, I did it wrong the first time.Good socks, great idea, brilliant grip! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Ok *by S***T on 4 November 2018* I bought these for yoga, I’m not sure who’s feet they are supposed to fit but for me they fit lovely for the three biggest toes and are too long for the two smallest. I wore them for yoga and they were fine at first but after a while the socks moved down my toes which got uncomfortable.
