I love mine so much, I got one for my daughter. I used it all last winter and then disconnected it and returned the air hose to the outside vent in the Spring. I just reconnected it yesterday to vent back inside, now that the weather is getting cooler. My dryer is about 6 years old, but my daughter's is only 2 years old and the deflecto dryer lint trap works great with both our machines. I have mine setting on a stand next to my dryer. The moist air blows out into the room. I disconnect it in the Spring and hook up my outside vent.
