My son is Houdini and can get off any sheet which was making me nervous with suffocation as a possibility. But this one is great, fits over the actual floor of the play pen perfect, not sure about pack in play mattresses so keep that in mind. Editing to add. Mine has the velcro closures that attach it to the bottom. So I just snipped where the velcro is and slid it through.
