But there are a few problems with it! The tyres are a little thin, the brakes are not brilliant using brake blocks, the seat is a little hard,The chain keeps coming off as well. But I do like the look of the bike. ### ⭐ Faulty bike, awful customer service *by C***S on 30 September 2019* This has been the worst consumer experience of my life.The bike is apparently faulty, I've taken it to a bike shop and they advised me they can't fix it and to get in touch regarding the warranty.I have done so, and kickback have failed to pick up the bike on two occasions now.
