I am actually quite happy with the case. It is quite slim and doesn't make the already large phone feel extra bulky. It is comfortable to hold one handed or both. On the side vertical edges there is a texture to help grip. The cut outs are spot on. I would not rate this as a highly protective case but perhaps as light duty. Because of the more precise size of the flashlight cut out, the light illuminates the case along with the edges as seen in the photo. Personally I don't mind and doesn't seem to affect the quality of light. Also I haven't noticed and bad effects while using the flash in camera mode.
