Asked the seller for a refund, the seller wanted a picture. Provided the picture and the seller offered a partial refund. The packaging was simple and came in a thick plastic which was see through, once I opened it from Amazon's plain packaging. It was delivered with the regular postal service, which was a plus. It couldn't fit in my mailbox but the mailman knocked on my door and handed it to me. The product did not have any bad smell and it was clean and brand new. I was surprised it was a thick fabric material and of great quality! It was not as bright as the picture, but it was still a nice red holiday color and the picture of the decorative balls were not exaggerated and it was all appropriately placed. It is Holiday festive and will look great when I hang it up in a couple of weeks. It is long and hangs up well, also it came with white plastic hooks; which I don't need because I have some I will already use. I know some user's here have complained about the curtain not looking like the picture but I believe it looks wonderful, also, I have purchased a completely different one, ( The red with the 3 decorative christmas tree balls). I'm absolutely happy with this purchase and will recommend to anyone who is considering purchasing this.
