Warm, stylish, comfortable
Warm, comfy sweatshirt. Clear, crisp image. Only thing is, it runs small. Not a big deal since I ordered a size up.

Make sure to measure before ordering and compare which size translates in description photo to Amazon size. An American large is an Asian small. Thick material, wash cold and line dry. Fits my 5โ 9โ daughter

This rating is for the customer service more than the product. The customer service I experienced was beyond satisfaction! They handled my order and issue very professionally.I did not realize that the item was made in Asian sizes so being a plus size American female the item did not work for me. Which is a shame because the item is really nice and I would have proudly worn it! Thank you to whom ever I communicated with.

Check sizes BEFORE shipping
I received the item when it said I would but it was a gift so I didnt open it. It was a medium at best. I ordered an XXL... well she gave it to her daughter so it wasn't a total loss... but I didnt expect such a huge size gap.

Great and quick response customer service !
We loved the sweat shirt but even tho we ordered up a size it was still a bit small. The customer service was really nice and are going to send us the next size up.

Perfect๐Came early!
I love it so much ๐ it looks super cute and it fits perfectly. It also came over 2 weeks earlier than expected. I would definently recommend buying this sweatshirt!
