We were very careful with the second clock and placed it out of reach of our toddler (who actually does not mess with electronics/plugs). There is no way this is due to user error/abuse this time (and likely last time either). THey do have a 12 month warranty, and I have emailed them and I'm awaiting their response. We clearly enjoyed the clock (when it works) as we bought a replacement for the first but now we have two faulty clocks/cords/plugs. Edit: They do uphold their one year warranty. Thought it was cord so they sent me a new cord. Broke after a few months. My son moved rooms and when I went to plug the alarm clock back in nothing would work. The display would pop up but I was unable to do anything.
