You could possibly strap the big toe AND the bent one in together, but it's not really designed for this. **Q: I thought this was a set not only one?** A: This is a set i got blue one comes in two very comfortable and does work you use every day put on your feet in the morning everyday and you notice the difference i did for the first time and you see for yourself **Q: Can you wear shoes, trainers & work boots with these correctors ?** A: I don't think you could as it pulls your toe inwards with a metal bar on the side of the foot. It does restrict you from walking normally. I usually use them at the end of the day just before bedtime, when I know I won't be walking anymore.
