That is the only reason I bought them since most are 13 inches and above. Being smaller frame 10 inches would be perfect since the others that are latex are 9 that I use 10 isn’t much bigger. All three bands are over 13 inches. It clearly states premium fabric kit three 10 inch bands!!! Quality Seems fine, well made but not the size advertised as seen below:What's Included with the "Premium Bands" Kit?Qty. The bands itself is good quality and thickness. It does not roll up like the rubber ones. But wished they also came in Low and High resistance instead of all three in Medium resistance.
