Dell Optiplex 7010 PC with 2 x 24 FHD Monitors, AC600Mbps WiFi, Wireless Keyboard and ,GEl pad, i7, 16GB , 1TB SSD Storage, Windows 10 (Renewed)

I needed a 2 monitor setup and this package filled the bill. So far only one issue. The issue was with the wireless mouse/keyboard set up. There is a usb connector that needs to be put in the USB port.. It didn't register at first and I has to keep trying different USB ports... good news/bad news is there are 4 in the front and 4 in the back...But finally (after changing some settings with the help of call to tech support, it works GREAT. Very responsive and it is really nice to have this set up. I would have appreciated more guidance (in written form) as to how to set up the monitors... I had to use the dongle and just guessed at the appropriate configuration, and it worked right away.

I didn’t test it because it is a Christmas gift. But from how well it’s packaged I’m confident it will be fine. Very good price. Will purchase again with confidence. Thank You.

Received this package deal for a Dell OptiPlex computer and 2 Dell 24" monitors. First problem was that I received 2 HP monitors instead of advertised Dell monitors. Second was one of the display (HDMI) ports was not operational as well as USB 3.0 ports not working as well. Made contact with seller and they said that they would send out another motherboard for "ME" to replace. This is not a company to do business with. They send out products with no "Bench Test" documentation that all ports and hardware are operating and expect the consumer to replace a defective item (especially when the consumer is not a certified PC technician) and not extend the warranty because of the companies failure to deliver a fully operational computer as well as fully stand behind products . BUYERS BEWARE OF THEM

Everything was satisfactory. The only problem I encountered, was the fact that the product came with a paper stating there would be a product key inside. There was absolutely no product key. A new product key online goes for two hundred dollars. Here’s to hoping the seller contacts me to make the purchase right

I received the computer with no keyboard or mouse. They shipped me both within a few days. I am satisfied with their quick response and the systems works fine. I would like my poor review removed.

The price is terrific for what you get...can't be beat ! Everything is working fine after connecting parts 3 days ago. The computer arrived in 4 days. The two 24" Dell monitors took 12 days, from Canada. Maybe something to do with the protests there, but worried me for a while. The solid state drive is amazing. Win10 loaded easily. Love the wireless keyboard and mouse. Priced separately this package would have cost much more. So, bottom line; I'm very happy.

The RAM and SSD storage are a plus, but everything else is outdated and cheap. Both monitor bases were broken when received and one monitor I needed to put back together because it was snapped in half. Both monitors have terrible resolution. They're blurry and for some reason, the keyboard and mouse are slow to function (no matter how many I try).

Love my new system. It arrived quickly and was packaged quite well. The Dell tower had only 1 small ding on the side and the Dell monitor appeared to be brand new. There were no set up instructions but set up was quite easy. I had an issue about two days after set up but tech services provided instructions and checked back with me several times to insure the issue was resolved. The only thing I added to the system to make it perfect was a bluetooth adaptor. I would purchase this product again and from this company as well.
